Our diffusers are tested at 5℃ and 40℃ for 4 hours to ensure normal operation. This screens out any faulty units
Diffusers undergo a 72-hour salt spray test with a 5% concentration, no rusty parts
After production, each diffuser is run continuously for 3 hours at room temperature with a full tank. Our quality control team stricly checks for any anomalies to ensure longevity.
Diffusers are drop-tested from ISTA-1A heights on various sides and corners. Post-test, all functions are checked for integrity
To assess transport resilience, our diffuser packages are vibrated for 1 hour at 240CPM. after testing, functionality is thoroughly inspected.
